St. John Catholic School

St. John School is a fully accredited Catholic school for grades Pre-K through 8th.  The school has provided a quality, Christ-centered education for children in the Bartlesville area since 1912. An environment based on traditional values and Christian faith ensure that Faith experiences and witness to others through service are a regular part of each student’s day. 
St. John School offers a traditional academic curriculum designed to challenge each student. Our school consists of Elementary students (grades pre-K – 4) and Middle School students (grades 5 – 8). The curriculum for all grades emphasizes literacy, critical thinking and problem solving.
While we have separate academic programs for the Elementary and Middle Schools, we promote regular interaction between the two student bodies. The result is a family-like atmosphere and positive environment in the school.
A family-like atmosphere ensures that teachers personally know students, students are kept safe, and parents are welcome partners.

Academic excellence is a hallmark of St. John School.  Class sizes are limited in order to provide each student with individual attention.  Whether a student needs the challenge to excel or the guidance and encouragement to succeed, the dedicated staff and low student-teacher ratio make it all possible.

St. John Catholic School exists to educate young men and women in the Christian faith who will enrich the community through their actions to love others, grow in faith, learn about the world, and believe in God's plan for salvation.

St. John School is staffed by certified teachers and is fully accredited by the Oklahoma Conference of Catholic Schools Accrediting Association (OCCSAA), a member of the Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Commission.  The Diocese of Tulsa evaluates the school annually.

Parents and prospective students are welcome to tour the school.  Visits give families a chance to feel the spirit of the school, see academics in action, meet the staff and administration, and have questions answered.
